Eagle Passport

Designed for the keen golfer this package includes five rounds of 18 holes as follows:

Two rounds at Quinta do Lago South or North golf courses, and three rounds at any of the courses from the golf à la carte list (excluding Pinheiros Altos, Old Course, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo courses).

It also includes five days group D car rental: including air-conditioning, unlimited mileage, CDW and TW insurance and all applicable taxes.

The above rates are per person.

The golf passports are unbreakable and starting times are subject to availability.

General Booking Information
Quinta do Lago will be closed from the 1st to the 27th December 2004 (inclusive).

Packages and special offers may not be available at certain times of the year as July and August

Minimum stay - summer
The hotel has a minimum stay policy of 7 nights from the 15th of July to the of 20th August.

Children/Teenagers Policy
Maximum of one child up to 12 years old is free of charge on bed and breakfast basis when sharing parents´ room. Teenagers (13-16 years old) receive 50% reduction on the per person rate when sharing parents' room.

Children and/or Teenagers (13-16 years old) in own room receive 25% reduction on the room rate (except during July, August, Easter, Christmas and New Year, when no discounts apply).

For children up-to 12 years old there is a 50% reduction on the pension terms (half board and full board).

Cancellation Policy
For July and August, an authorisation for full pre-payment is required. In the event of cancellation, this deposit is fully refundable with more than 30 days notice prior to arrival date. Between 30 and 15 days notice, 50% of the deposit is refundable. Less than 15 days, it is non-refundable. Reductions in the length of stay notified less than 15 days prior to arrival or early departures are charged in full.

Rest of the year
During the rest of the year, in the event of cancellation, there is no charge with more than 14 days notice prior to arrival. Between 14 and 8 days notice, 25% of total stay will be charged; between 7 and 4 days, 50% of total stay will be charged; less than 4 days or no-show, the full stay will be charged.
