TARIFF 2003/04
Rates are quoted in Euros, per day, per room, inclusive of American buffet breakfast in Brisa do Mar Restaurant or continental breakfast in the room.
Taxes and service are included.
Rates for Suites are available on request.
Single occpancy rates have a reduction of 15.00. Not applicable for Suites.
Half-board: 50.00 per person
Childen & Teenager Policy
Maximum of one child up-to12 years old is free of charge on bed and breakfast basis when sharing parents΄ room. Teenagers (13-16 years old) receive 50% reduction on the per person rate when sharing parents room.
Children and /or Teenagers (13-16 years old) in own room receive 25% reduction on the room rate (except during July, August, Easter, Christmas and New Year, when no discounts apply).
For children up-to 12 years old there is a 50% reduction on the pension terms (half board and full board)
The Hotel reserves the right to modify rates at any time without prior notice.
Booking Conditions
Holidays ΰ la Carte Programmes are only valid if booked and guaranteed 30 days or more in advance. To confirm your reservations, kindly provide your credit card details.
For July and August, an authorisation for full pre-payment is required. In the event of cancellation, this deposit is fully refundable with more than 30 days notice prior to arrival date. Between 30 and 15 days notice, 50% of the deposit is refundable. Less than 15 days, it is non-refundable. Reductions in the length of stay notified less than 15 days prior to arrival or early departures are charged in full.
During the rest of the year, in the event of cancellation, there is no charge with more than 14 days notice prior to arrival. Between 14 and 8 days notice, 25% of total stay will be charged; between 7 and 4 days, 50% of total stay will be charged; less than 4 days or no-show, the full stay will be charged.
