The Hotel reserves the right to modify rates at any time without prior notice.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Rates are quoted in Euros, per room, per day, include buffet breakfast in Brisa do Mar Restaurant, taxes and services, free use of the Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools. Preferential rates for SPA treatments, golf and tennis.
Half board supplement includes à la carte three course meal with choice of the two Restaurants: Brisa do Mar and Ca' d'Oro (not applicable from Room Service). No supplement for weekly buffets. Lobster, caviar and beverages are not included.
CHILDREN:
Maximum of one child up to 12 years old is free of charge on bed & breakfast basis when sharing parent’s room.
Teenagers (13-16 years old) receive 50% reduction on the per person rate when sharing parent’s room.
Children and/or Teenagers (maximum two per room up to 16 years old) in own room receive 25% reduction on the room rate (not valid for premium rooms or suites).
For children up to 12 years old there is a 50% reduction on the pension terms (half and full board).
Booking Conditions:
Reservations must be confirmed in written with credit card details in order to guarantee reservation.

Cancellation & No Show Policies:
In the event of cancellation, there is no charge with more than 3 days notice prior to the arrival date (Please see special conditions for Suites and from 15th July until 25th August 2008).
Cancellation made with less than 3 days or no-show, the hotel will charge as follows:
- 1 night for stays up to 3 days;
- 25% of the total stay for more than 3 nights stay
From 15th July until 25th August 2008
Cancellation made with less than 7 days or no-show, the hotel will charge as follows:
- 1 night for stays up to 3 days;
- 25% of the total stay for more than 3 nights stay
Deluxe and Garden Suites
Cancellation made with less than 21 days or no-show, the hotel will charge as follows:
- 1 night for stays up to 3 days
Royal Suite / Confirmation
Upon confirmation, a deposit of 25% of the booking is required.
Royal Suite / Cancellations Policy
Less than 45 days before arrival, the hotel will charge 25% of the total stay.
For all reductions in the length of stay or early departures, there is a 50% penalty charge on the number of nights reduced, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
