The hotel also offers a range of business services including secretarial assistance, typing, word processing and message taking, fax, telex, courier services and multi-line telephones. We also have a number of multilingual staff.

The hotel has extensive facilities suitable for all types of functions, with meeting and banqueting rooms accommodating up to 200 people. All rooms have tungsten/fluorescent lighting with fixed/movable spotlights. Floor loading is 500 kg/cm2.

The hotel can supply full staging and lighting facilities, front and back projection systems, telephone points, blackout curtains, power points and flip charts. A residential engineer is always available during events. There is a 35 mm slide projector remote lead point and a 15 mm cine sound projector point in each meeting room.
