Introduction

The Spa, opened in 2004, offers the latest in beauty and wellbeing therapies in a calm and exclusive setting.

The Spa includes a heated indoor pool with counter-flow jets and massage jets, a steam bath and sauna (male and female), as well as six massage rooms. Other facilities include an outdoor Jacuzzi with an amazing view over the Ria Formosa, and a gym.

Highlights of the services offered by the Spa include: various facial masks; classical and oriental massages; hot volcanic stone massage; Shiatsu; hydro-massage; a wide range of aromatherapy treatments; and a treatment range developed exclusively for the Hotel Quinta do Lago.

Summer 2006 saw the introduction of new facial and body treatments made with aloe vera and red grapevine.
