The Brisa do Mar Restaurant affords diners magnificent views over the Formosa Estuary and the beach, which can be enjoyed either in indoor comfort or from the splendid open-air terrace. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The menu features traditional Portuguese specialities and international dishes, carefully prepared by Chef Gerhard Pölzl. The daily selection of fresh fish dishes includes specialities such as “Fresh Fish in a Salt Crust”, “Rice with Seafood” and the famous “Algarvean Cataplana”.
Pride of place on the dessert menu goes to the “Apple Crumble and Strudel” or, for the more weight-conscious, the delicious “Low-calorie Chocolate and Raspberry Tart”. |
