Ca’ d’Oro

The Ca ‘d’Oro restaurant, open for dinner only, serves fine Italian cuisine in an elegant atmosphere.
In winter you will enjoy these wonderful palates in a romantic setting by the fireplace, while in summer the flavours are best enjoyed in the moonlight on the terrace.
In the menu, we highlight the delicious risottos and the “Traditional Taglierini Ca’d’Oro”, one of the house specialties that, year after year, has maintained its prominence.
Ca’d’Oro offers dishes such as “Saffron with Clams Pappardelle”, “Free range Chicken Saltimbocca” or “Mustard and Pistachio Crusted Lamb Carré”.
The hotel’s wine list deserves special attention due to the variety of offer and its continual renewal, allowing you to always find new things that surprise you.

Chef Gerhard Pölzl

Born in 1966 in Austria, the Chef trained at the prestigious Bad Gleichenberg Hotel School, building a strong classical foundation and a deep commitment to the art of gastronomy. With a vision of excellence, he is dedicated to reviving traditional flavours, combining technique, precision, and the finest ingredients. His work celebrates Portuguese cuisine, reinterpreting classic dishes with elegance while respecting their original identity.
