SPA usage

For the proper use of our Spa facilities, we appreciate that all clients have the following rules in mind:

Reservation
Please schedule your treatment with 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes are accepted with a minimum of 4 hours notice. No shows or late cancellations will be charged.

Arrival
We appreciate that our clients arrive 10 minutes in advance, ready for the session.

Etiquette
Due to respect for other guests, we appreciate not using your mobile phone at the spa and contributing to our quiet and relaxing environment.

Children’s Policy
Children under 12 years of age may use the swimming pool only when accompanied by an adult and under their constant supervision.
Access to the Spa is permitted for guests under 16 years of age only when accompanied by an adult.
