Hole in One

• Reservations must be confirmed in writing, with credit card details, in order to guarantee the booking.
• Package quoted in Euros (VAT and taxes inclusive, with the exception of Municipal Tourist Tax), per room, per night. No credits or refunds will be granted irrespective of whether or not the full package or services included are used.
• Municipal Tourist Tax: 1€ per night/guest for stays between 01 November and 31 March and 2€ per night/guest for stays between 01 April and 31 October, applicable to those aged 16 and over, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights per stay.
• Packages and included services, specially golf, should be reserved at least 14 days in advance.
• Dinners included are a three-course a la carte meal from the restaurant’s Brisa do Mar or Ca’ d’Oro menu (not applicable to our Bars or Room Service). Beverages, special orders or dishes with lobster, caviar or shellfish are not included.

Golfe e SPA

• Handicap Certificate is compulsory to play on all the courses and must be presented before beginning the game. If a valid Handicap Certificate is not presented, a No-Show will be charged. In general, the maximum values are 28 for Gentleman and 36 for Ladies.
• Desired weekly golfing tee times must be confirmed with the reservation and are subject to golf course availability.
• The hotel offers complimentary transfer exclusively to the golf courses within the Quinta do Lago resort, subject to availability (early arrival at the reception desk is suggested, to ensure timely arrival at the golf course).
• Golf courses enforce a strict dress code: denim jeans, tennis shoes, collarless shirts – for both Ladies and Gentlemen – and non- tailored shorts are not allowed on the course. The use of socks and soft spikes is compulsory.
• In the event of bad weather conditions, the green fees are only credited when the course is closed; if the golf course remains open, it is at the golf club management’s discretion to decide on credits and refunds. The use of buggies is not permitted in case of rain. The hotel has no power and influence over these matters as it does not manage or own the golf courses.
• Included Spa Treatments (maximum duration of 70 minutes) are selected from the hotel’s Spa Menu and booked at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability); cancellations or changes are only accepted with a minimum of 4 hours advance notice. No shows or late cancellations are charged in full. Please consult the hotel’s spa etiquette before the use of the facilities.

Car Rental

• Group B car with basic level (third-party) insurance; a credit card deposit is mandatory for insurance excess and an optional supplement for full/comprehensive insurance is available from 17€/day.

Cancellations, No-Show and Early Departures

• Cancellations with more than 14 days notice prior to the date of arrival have no charge.
• Cancellations with at least 3 days prior notice to the arrival date have a charge equal to 50% of the total package amount.
• Cancelations with less than 3 days notice, No-Show or Early Departure: full package and services are charged.
